Sponsorship

Sponsorship Opportunities

Platinum – $10,000.  Recognition as an elite sponsor on event signage, registration page, program, and looping slideshow recognizing sponsors. Recognized at the evening reception on Day 1 and during welcoming remarks on Day 2. Includes sponsors table and conference registration (x4).

Gold – $7,500.  Recognition as a sponsor on event signage, registration page, program, and looping slideshow recognizing sponsors. Recognized at the evening reception on Day 1 and during welcoming remarks on Day 2. Includes conference registration (x3).

Silver – $5,000.  Recognition as a sponsor on event signage, registration page, program, and looping slideshow recognizing sponsors. Includes conference registration (x2).

Bronze – $2,500.  Recognition as a sponsor on event signage, registration page, program, and looping slideshow recognizing sponsors. Includes conference registration (x1).

Friend/Student sponsor – $1,000.  Recognition as a sponsor on the registration page and in the program.

Individual Items.  In addition to the above sponsor levels the following items can be sponsored.  

  • Events: Field trip transportation
  • Breaks: Coffee or snack break
  • Meals: Day 1 box lunch, Day 2 event lunch
  • Receptions: Day 1 Welcome Reception, Day 2 Happy hour

Important Information for ALL Sponsorship Levels

  • All logos must be high resolution for website and print (EPS) and provided within two weeks of any signed sponsorship agreement.  Logos will be sized and placed accordingly based on sponsorship level depending on use.
  • It may take up to five business days to upload material onto the conference website.
  • Recognition in any promotional material, per sponsorship package, is subject to pre-determined deadlines.
  • Sponsorship registration is required and payment is due before recognition is received.
  • All sponsors should upload their logo at https://forms.gle/7rDiC75sh9cUkwD8A or emailed to jdsitzes@ncsu.edu

To become a sponsor, visit the sponsor registration page, click the “Add to Cart” button on the right side of the screen (under Sponsor Registration), make your sponsorship level selection and complete payment.
