Call for Poster Presentation

The planning committee invites your proposals for a poster presentation at the Innovation in Mass Timber Solutions (IMTS) Conference to be held October 28 – 29, 2024 at the Dorothy and Roy Park Alumni Center, NC State University, Raleigh, NC. 

The IMTS conference is a two-day event that will gather experts from across industry and academia, to provide an experience that engages participants in the exploration of the development and application of mass timber and cross-laminated timber. 

Posters will be displayed during the conference, and authors will be available to answer questions during a dedicated poster session on October 29, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

Posters will be attached using clips (provided) to rigid poster stands that will be set up at the conference venue. Dimensions of the posters are limited to 36” tall by 48” wide.

The deadline for abstract submission is October 4, 2024. Presenter(s) will be notified by October 9, 2024, if their abstract is accepted. Presenters must register for the event to present their poster. The official language is English. 

All abstracts will be submitted online. Abstracts submitted by post, fax or mail cannot be accepted. 
 
Abstract Submission Guidelines:

Please have the following information ready when you submit your proposal:

• The presenter’s first and last name
• Contact email for the presenter
• Presenter’s affiliation
• List of co-author names and affiliations (if applicable)
• Title of presentation (*first word capitalized only)
• Abstract (1600 characters or less)
